Salt keys can be manually generated by ``salt-key --gen-keys=GEN_KEYS``,
    where ``GEN_KEYS`` is the name of the keypair, e.g. ''minion''. The keypair
    will be copied to ``/etc/salt/pki`` on the Minion instance.
